Electricity and water are requests only. Availability, equipment suitability and any charge must be confirmed by the festival team. Self-supplied generators also need agreement.

If registration, inspection or insurance renewal is pending, explain the position above. The festival team will review what is needed before confirming a pitch; submitting documents is not automatic approval.

5. Private document uploads

Insurance and a setup photo are required; other documents are optional. JPEG/PNG images: up to 12 MiB each, 24 megapixels and 8192 pixels per side. PDFs: up to 5 MiB each. Original files: up to 36 MiB combined. The server may impose a smaller limit. HEIC and WebP are not accepted; export those as JPEG first.

Large images are prepared privately as high-quality JPEG copies for email, up to 3508 pixels on the long edge and 8 megapixels, with no public upload. PDFs are sent unchanged, so their combined size must be below 6 MiB with room for the required photo. Prepared attachments must total at most 6 MiB to allow for email encoding. If they remain too large, you will be asked for smaller copies or fewer optional files; we do not keep reducing quality. Keep your originals and ensure document text is clearly readable.

Please avoid identifiable people in photos. Do not upload passports, driving licences, utility bills or other ID/address proof.
