Delivery
We deliver within the UK. Standard delivery costs £3.99, with free delivery on orders of £35 or more before discounts.
Our merchandise is printed and dispatched by Inkthreadable in the UK. Please allow approximately 5 working days for production, followed by an estimated 2–5 days for Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery. These timings are estimates and may vary.
For delayed or missing deliveries, email info@leighparkfest.uk. These estimates do not affect your statutory rights.
Changing your mind
Our standard festival-logo merchandise, including the usual colour and size options, is covered by the cancellation rights below.
You can cancel from ordering until 14 calendar days after the day you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If items from one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. You do not need to give a reason.
Tell us clearly that you want to cancel by emailing info@leighparkfest.uk or writing to Niffty Witchy Supplies Limited at the address above. Include your order number if available. You may use the cancellation form below, but this is optional. Send your cancellation before the deadline.

You pay the direct return-postage cost when cancelling because you have changed your mind.
You may inspect goods and try clothing on as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.
Refunds
If you cancel the whole order, we refund the item price and any standard delivery charge paid. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Where goods need returning, we refund without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of receiving them back or receiving evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Where no goods need returning, we refund within 14 days of cancellation.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Email info@leighparkfest.uk if your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description. Your order details and photographs, if available, will help us investigate.
Your statutory rights can include rejecting faulty or misdescribed goods for a refund within 30 days, and repair, replacement or other remedies afterwards. We cover reasonable return costs where required for faulty or misdescribed goods. These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
