About these terms
These terms apply to merchandise bought through the Leigh Park Fest shop. They are provided in English. Please read them with the product description and our Refund and Returns Policy before ordering.
The seller is Niffty Witchy Supplies Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16716304. Our registered office, business address and returns address is 28 Park Parade, Havant, Hampshire, England, PO9 5AD.

These shop terms do not set the conditions for trader pitches or other festival participation. Any separate agreement for those activities will identify its own terms.
Our merchandise
Our standard festival-logo merchandise is produced to order by Inkthreadable in the UK. Check the product description, measurements, colour and size carefully before ordering.
Printing or embroidering a standard festival design after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove your cancellation rights. The ordinary colour and size options in our shop are covered by the cancellation provisions below.
We are responsible for supplying goods that meet their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for their intended purpose.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your order total, including delivery, is shown before you submit your order. Standard UK delivery costs £3.99, with free delivery on orders of £35 or more before discounts.
Payments are processed through Square using the payment methods offered at checkout. Submitting an order through the payment button places an obligation on you to pay the displayed total.
Placing an order
Choose your merchandise and available options, add it to your basket, enter the requested billing and delivery information, and review the order before submitting payment. You can order as a guest; customer account registration is not currently offered.
Check your items, contact information and delivery address before submitting. If you notice an error afterwards, contact us promptly. Changes may be difficult once production has started; this does not reduce your statutory cancellation rights.
Our order-processing email contains your order details and confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. Please keep the email and a copy of these terms for your records.
Production and delivery
We deliver within the UK. Inkthreadable prints and dispatches our merchandise. Please allow approximately 5 working days for production, followed by an estimated 2–5 days for Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery. These timings are estimates and may vary.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If your delivery is late or missing, contact us. Your legal rights concerning late delivery remain unchanged.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them, other than the carrier.
Cancelling and returning an order
You can cancel a standard merchandise order without giving a reason from ordering until 14 calendar days after the day you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives it. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
Send a clear cancellation statement to info@leighparkfest.uk or to our postal address before the cancellation deadline. Include your order number if available. The cancellation form in our Refund and Returns Policy is optional.
Send goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Use the returns address above. You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind cancellation.
You may inspect goods and try clothing on as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.
For cancellation of the whole order, we refund the item price and any standard delivery charge paid. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Where goods need returning, we refund without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of receiving them back or receiving evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Where no goods need returning, we refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Faulty or incorrect goods
Contact us if an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description. Your order details and photographs, if available, will help us investigate.
Your statutory rights can include rejecting faulty or misdescribed goods for a refund within 30 days, and repair, replacement or other remedies afterwards. We cover reasonable return costs where required for faulty or misdescribed goods. These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
