Scope and future bookings
These terms apply only to new stall bookings where these terms were provided before attendance was confirmed and the pitch fee was paid. They do not change the terms of existing bookings and do not apply to merchandise purchases.
Cancellation by a trader
If you cancel your stall booking after confirming attendance and paying the pitch fee, the pitch fee is non-refundable, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
Where applicable law requires a refund or limits the amount that may be retained, that law takes priority.
Organiser refusal or inability to attend
A full pitch-fee refund will be given if the organiser refuses your application or tells you that you cannot attend. Paying a pitch fee does not itself confirm acceptance of your application.

Do not pay unless you have been told to. Read these stall terms before confirming attendance and paying.
